Here tis Week 1 Freebie!!

Hello there my lovelies!! I am here with my Week 1 entry for the Designer Quest over at Scrapping Fairy Tales. This was sooooooo much fun to make. It took me a great deal of time to do because there is lots of texture and detail in the dragons and it just seemed to evolve with every element I made. I grew up with reading lots of sci and fantasy books and one of my favourite authors is Anne McCaffrey and of course her son Todd too. Pern is my ultimate get away from the real world so naturally when I think of monsters I think of dragons. Of course that means the good and bad dragons. Pern dragons came in golds and lots of mettalic colours so I took inspiration from there too using glitter on their bodies. I soo hope you like this kit. I called it Dragon Tale because one of my elements and one of the papers is a story book shape or cover. So therefore

Woooooooooo Hoooo!! Wake Up Mojo!!

Hey there guys!! Just letting you know about a little something I am doing for the next month. I did this last year and had such a blast I am doing it again. There is a designer challenge going on at Scrapping Fairytales and it is just awesome. There is no eliminations just stretching yourself and in my case waking up my mojo. This is a great opportunity for me personally to get some new stuff in the store and to also get my name out there. I am sponsoring the contest making some CU Mix packs for the designers who participate. These will later go into my store as well. This is a win win situation for me although at the end of the month I can see me putting in some major long hours!! But it will be all worth it. Now for you guys out there who digi scrap this is your opportunity to build your stash with some amazing new kits. At the moment I think there is about 30 designers. New Kit Are We There Yet?? and a Freebie for YOU!!

The classic car trip with the kids in the back seat. The inspiration for this kit comes from the word art I made describing all of the things that you can do on a road trip. I sat down and typed out a page of words like eyespy, coffee, snacks, games, conversation, chat etc etc etc. I then tore it up and created pieces of the kit from the paper shapes I made. This kit solves all of your needs for scrapping road trips of any type. Its bright cheery colours make for cherished family memories. The darker papers offset the bright rainbow transparent elements that you can find here too! There is sooo much fun packed into this one kit you will be using it over and over. These are my fave shoes. Sooo comfortable. Not mentioning their names..LOL..LOL..LOL..What sexy ankles!! This is a pic of my feet dangling off a rock wall we were sitting on watching the boys start in the Bay to Bay yacht race in 2010. Little Di is sitting next to me and we both have our camera's out snapping pictures of this and that. Mainly that...LOL..LOL..LOL.
