LOL..LOL..LOL..I am here for another fantastic blog train. In fact there is one now for the 1st of December which absolutely rocks and another for 5th of December. Hi i just wanted to say that i am very proud of my fabulous creative team...there is ruth from australia...she is such a great friend and i thank her for her time..there is wonderful leslie who is owned by pyewacket and friends and does the most wonderful kitty layouts..there is lovely ramona who is in canada and she has done some fantastic quick pages for me...absolutely amazing...and also monica who is probably due any day now with her first little boy...keep posted for a boy kit real soon..LOL..LOL..LOL..i am soo blessed to have these girls on my team and i know it...i appreciate you each and everyone and anything you do for me is just fantastic....cheers liz

Hello everybody and welcome to a new year here at my blog....one of my new years resolutions is to blog some more...lol..lol..lol..and to scrap and to design at least one new kit a month amongst collabs and posting bonuses and blog hops...and oh to eat more heathily and to exercise more regularly too...so hence my recipe challenge for this month is low fat recipes and tips and tricks to eating more healthy...Hi all this is a friendly nudge in the ribs to remind everyone that we are into the new year and that all those new years resoloutions are weighing upon us in more ways than one. For me as in every year that means eating healthy and exercising more regularly (although i would rather be scrapping and designing). LOL..LOL..LOL..LOL..Allright then if this is your new years resolution or you just want to join in please scrap your favourite healthy recipe or tips for healthy cooking and post the link in this thread http://kjoistudios.com/messages/index.php?action=post;board=209.0.
